Particularly for frank, cruel, but touchy in affection minds.
Life-consciousness in Homo- Sapiens is dependent upon the various motions in the body. Innumerable cells in the brain are constantly and continuously engagedwithout interruption in the work of the production of electrical potentials. Even in sleep, the process goes on un- interrupted. This was known to Scientist as early as 1 874k Study of Hans Berger gave conclusive evidence in 1 929. Motion occurring in the brain is necessarily stupendous compared with other motions in the body. Therefore, it is necessary to search other motions in the pursuit of Sadhana for Peace of Mind.

Motion of the heart is linked with exasperations. Effects of respiration are felt both externally and internally. It will therefore, be possible to fix a Sadhana for
peace bases upon these findings. Therapists are recently recommending ‘deep breathing’s Dr. Bye Frolov, obtained through the medium of respiration in his book “Work and the Brain’. In the above said book, he has also mentioned the therapy of breathing as practiced in Chinch in India too Patanjali, in this connection has done the deep analysis and elucidation

Posture adopted for this procedure of Sadhanci is the same as discussed previously. Keeping the spine straight, concentrate on expiration (When other exercise of nasal and allied diseases is not contemplated). Sometimes, it is recommended to keep the eyes half-closed (that is half open). But this s not necessary as a must. There is no objection to keep the eyes totally closed. Concentrate your mind on the process of both expiration and inspiration. This process should be done very slowly without any hurry. In the beginning, one should say to one self “There is expenditure. of energy due to incessant work. I am consciously cultivating a habit to conserve this wastage of energy. Energy thus conserved will give me fresh impetus to my work’.

In the beginning, it will be found difficult and irksome to concentrate the mind, because faith is not a disturbed due to noises in the surroundings. In such an event, mind should be directed to ‘listen’ the rhythm of respiration. Gradually, one will have a peaceful experience of mind merging with the process of respiration and then at rest.

As indicated above, God or Faith are not components in this method. Device of identifying the mind with the expiration and inspiration of respiration is a built-in and self-evident one. Anybody can experience this, easily. Many a Thinker has practiced the beneficial effects of this experience. By this method, health
and are the rewards offered particularly for those having a mental frame, frank, cruel, but touchy in affection.
